I met Alec at The Saint in Asbury Park NJ in either late May or early June while I was taking in tickets for a band called Peace Dog at the booth near the front door; anyway, I was watching people come through and pay for the cover charge, then heard someone say " he gets in at half price" turned around and saw the bass player from Bon Jovi walked past the booth, and I wanted to try and talk with him about the band, but I didn't leave the booth for 20 more minutes.
