Alejandro (Alex) Campos Sr., a resident of Whittier, California left this world on May 30, 2022, at the age of 60. Alex was born on January 17, 1962, in the city of Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Roosevelt High School and soon after graduating he became a merchant marine. During his time as a merchant marine, Alex worked on a ship that traveled to Alaska, South America, and other destinations. Throughout his life, Alex did various manufacturing jobs. He became a driver and eventually went on to work in shipping and receiving for 20 years.
Alex was a funny, loyal, and caring Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend. He battled kidney disease for many years and fought his illness like a warrior.
Alex is survived by his wife Josephine, his children Bridgette, Alex Jr., Valerie, and daughter in law Stephanie. He had 5 grandchildren Angela, Angel, Gianna, Kaiah and Andrea. Alex adored his family and loved sports, especially football and basketball, comic books and hero movies. Alex was a great man and will truly be missed by all who knew him.
