I'm not a friend or a family member of Alejandro Yazzie but I am proud to say that I served with him. I remember a couple of days before he passed away, Feb. 14th was the day of the push and I was in the squad he was attached to, we just went through hours of getting shot at and finally we found some cover to rest at. The first thing Lcpl Yazzi does ,without his team leader telling him to do it, is scan the area with a metal detector for IED's. Then he finally gets to relax next to me. I...

I miss you so much little brother, 2yrs has gone by and it seems like yesterday we were getting yelled at by our parents for the 500.00 speeding ticket, lol, all because the gage didn't work, haha,
