Mrs. Alethia, as she was fondly known to me and my sisters, was not only a beautiful woman on the outside, she was beautiful on the inside. She and Mr. Edward watched me and my sisters grow up in the house right behind their home on Lynah Street. My prayers are with Maude, Edward, Clemmie, Michael and Mark. God bless all of you.
With love and prayers,

strenth and honor are her clothing, and she shall rejoice in time to come. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Your rest is well deserved. Rest.
