Not sure what to say?

Treasured memories of a larger than life individual who shared San Francisco with me many years ago. Your friends in the National Guard and I remember you with love.

THE LAST TIME I SAW ALEX WAS IN DECEMBER 1967 WHEN I HAD RECEIVED THE

Jessie Taylor with Alex...giving her a pet hermet crab! Your friends in Virginia send our love & condolences Shannon.

Alex was a terrific colleague and someone you could always count on. I enjoyed his quick laugh, good wit and warm friendship. He gave so much to the City & County of San Francisco that will never be counted but I know he knew and was proud and fulfilled. A light has gone out in our city.
To all the family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. May you find peace & comfort among all who adored him.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

Dearest Anne and Alex,

You have both been in our thoughts. We have been thinking of you everyday. Your father has left our family with many fond memories. Just remember that because beauty is so fragile and time is such a passing thing......God gave us memories.

Love, Uncle Steve and Aunt Susan
