Alex was a good and loyal friend for many years. He and I talked a lot about the field that most interested him of Human Resources. For several years now, I have not been able to get in touch with Alex and was afraid that what had happened was that he had permanently gone away which is unfortunately what has happened. I was wondering why I had not heard from Alex in quite a while. So sorry to learn of his passing. Though I met Alex through work situations (he got me my wonderful job at the World's Fair) - I considered him my friend. And his phone calls are greatly missed.

I knew Alex from his days at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. He will always be in my memory as a caring, just, and understanding human being who could effortlessly transition from the professional that he was into a hotel maid's uniform to celebrate the housekeeping staff. I am glad that our paths crossed on this earth. Rest In Peace, my friend
