Al and I worked together on the Arbitration Staff in Pittsburgh.He was held in the highest regard as a fair and honest advocate by both his colleagues at USS and his opposite numbers in the United Steelworkers. He was a kind and thoughtful gentleman, one of the finest I have had the privilege to work with.
