Not sure what to say?

Alex was such a nice guy. He made a horse hair bolo, earrings and something for my saddle. I wish I had been in communication with him. He used to come to our area for horse shows. He is missed.

Alex was one of my best cowboy friends!!!! We rode together; laughed together And spun wild yarns. I had to leave Colorado so we didn't see each other for awhile but kept in contact all through the years. I will miss him more than I can say. Rest in peace Amigo!!!!!

I first met Alex in 1978 at Wits End Ranch renting a horse from him for honeymoon trail ride.Later reconnected with him thru Bo Bonds.Bo and Alex collaborated on alot of cowboy leather work.Bo made spurs and bits..Alex made the spur straps and bridles. Both one of a kind characters that are sorely missed

Peter and family, I'm so sad to hear this news. I called Alex two weeks ago and was concerned when I had not heard back from him. I worked with Alex in 1974 at Wits End ranch and in the early '80s at the Forest Lakes ski area. We remained close friends throughout the years. I'm so sorry for your loss. He was a true Renaissance cowboy.
