Not sure what to say?

Alexa and I went through nursing school together at Algonquin, and she was an absolute delight. I broke my thumb and was in a cast for close to a month, and during that time she photocopied her class notes for me at the end of every day. She was kind, funny, very smart and compassionate. I am so sorry that we lost touch when I left Ottawa for Texas in 1992, and I am so sorry for your loss.

Peggy & Ed,
It is with great sadness that I received your letter informing me of Alexa's passing; May you find comfort in honoring her and may family memories give you strength.
Alexa was a fabulous nurse and an even better friend- she is greatly missed.

Something that I will always remember of my aunt is her smile. Also I will remember the way that she would always give me nice presents at Christmas and my birthday. I miss you so much aunt Alexa. I will never forget you.

It is with great shock and disbelief that I learned of Alexa's passing. I worked with her at the Civic ICU for many years and we have kept in touch via email in recent years. I remember Alexa as being a compassionate, warm and caring nurse who always seeked the best interest of her patients. Those who were priviledged to have her as a nurse know what I'm talking about. I will miss her smile, laughter, her love of life and her spunky little ways and of course her repeated funny emails she...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

I worked with Alexa for a brief time at CMPA and quickly came to appreciate her quick smile, her sharp mind and her winning personality. I also knew her a bit from the ICU at the Civic. It was a huge shock to hear of her untimely passing. She will be missed. My condolences to Alexa's family.

Thinking of you.
I worked with Alexa in the ICU at QCH.
She will be deeply missed.

My thoughts & prayers are with you at this time: May memories of Alexa be in your Hearts forever.
