Not sure what to say?

My Dear Alex:
Your Auntie is thinking of you today as I do so often. How I wish I could have spent more time with you.
I was so impressed by you and your brother. I always think of you both as true southern gentelmen. So handsome and charming, both of you. How could you not be anything else with your lovely parents.
Your Auntie loves you Alex. You and you wonderful family will always be in that special place in my heart.
Aunt Patty

Alex Chandler was a remarkable young man. He exemplified Scouting, especially in the way he was willing to help others. He had valued freedom for himself and had come to realize how important it is for everyone else, too. His death is a tragedy for his family, his friends, and, indeed, the whole world: He was on the verge of contributing so much to the betterment of the entire human race.

Walker, Ruth and Zeb..
My heart is broken. I am crushed. Tears are flowing.
Aunt Patty

Dear Friends,

I found this notice, and appreciate it, but you can find a group on Facebook that may be of interest to you as it is to me and Ruth. It is called Memories of Alex Chandler.

Thank you for your thoughts and consideration.

Walker

Alex,
You were loved by so many, everyday to work with you was a true blessing. The love you showed all of us was inspiring. God Speed my friend you will always be in my heart.

With deepest sympathy

Kerri H. Smith

If there was ever a child who had both of his parents wonderful qualities all tied up into one beautiful package, it was Alex. He had Walker's spirit, Ruth's quiet kindness and both of their love. For the years I worked for Walker, there was never a time when Alex was not a complete gentleman. His approach to everyone and to life was heart warming, soul lifting and inspiring. The earth is not a better place with his passing. In fact, it is a little dimmer than it should be.

Alex will truly be missed. We loved him, and you all, and we are praying for you.
We remember when he was a very little boy building forts down by the water here, and sailing his boats under our boathouse. He seemed to truly be Walker young again!

Alex was a wonderful and special person. I had the oppertunity to spend some time in his company. He had a unique spirit and way of looking at the world. Nothing will ever replace the way he made his friends and people around him smile and laugh. He was truly something special, and without him the world seems a lot less bright. I will always hold a special place for him in my thoughts
