Not sure what to say?

Hello, We wanted you to know that we will be honoring and remembering your loved one this holiday season. We have recently sent Care Packages to our deployed troops in his name. Each package will carry the name, photo, service branch, rank and hometown of Alexander Jordan US Army Corporal. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the...

Tomahawk Memorial, Ft. Richardson Alaska

Alex's name is on the tomahawk memorial on senior officer hill. I do not know if you have a picture of it. If not here it is. Back in Dec. I spread a very small portion of my hubbies ash there. He was a tomahawk in 1966. And we were acquainted with Alex and the others before they were deployed. May God be with you.

Another year has passed and every day you are remembered. Our "gathering" tradition will be next weekend when we can share some stories. As Candace reminded me on Saturday, Alex is looking down on us and smiling. Forever in our hearts.

To the family and friends of Spc. Alexander Jordan:
Please accept my remembrance of Alexander on the anniversary of his passing and know that he will never be forgotten.

It has been four years since Alex's passing. As a tradition, Alexander was honored on September 10, 2010 on our annual visit. A young friend recently wrote to me with a heartfelt message. "We can and we must take the anger, sadness and despair and turn it into love, pride and strength to cherish their memory...

Dear Alex,

We commemorated your short life yesterday with your mom, Jacques and Joe. We did not go to your favorite restaurant ("Cheesecake Factory") but had a very memorable evening. It was a healthy visit for all of us and the visit was about you. You were with us in spirit. You will be forever remembered. We love you and miss you.

Love,
Kim

To the family of Spc. Alexander Jordan:
