Kodak Family,
Insp. Kozak was my first lieutenant when I joined the CPD in 1965.
We then met again when I transferred to the Impact Task Force and then the Tactical Unit. Insp. Kozak was always a fine decent man. Always enjoyed speaking with him, he will be missed. May he Rest In Peace.
