Doug Napier - Sandy's cousin living in New Zealand. We will be thinking of Sandy and all the family on the 17th as we will not be able to attend the funeral. I have wonderful memories of Sandy when we were young - see attached photo showing Sandy (1st RHS) aged 11 with brother Jim and cousins (me in the middle) along with our grandfather. Dear Mrs Mackenzie I am the organiser of the cycling group which Sandy joined us on many occasions. We were all devasted and very suprised by the news of his death especially since Sandy had always seemed fit. He was always good company and we all enjoyed chatting to him. He will be very missed by us all. Unfortnately, I am away on the day of the funeral but Ingrid Hooton and Joan Cutting who are members of the group plan to attend.
