Not sure what to say?

Alexandra was a dear friend and an amazing person. She volunteered her skills (which were many) to many organizations and shared many artistic talents with those around her. She loved puzzles and was a remarkable Sunday Valley News crossword puzzle solver. I will miss breakfast and lunch dates with her. She was a lovely woman.

I worked with her for many years on the psychiatric unit at DHMC and we kept in touch all these years later. She was a person of many talents and such an interesting woman who turned her struggles into strengths. Prayers to her family.Im sad we won´t get to have that lunch date.

Thank you for always reminding us why (metropolitan downtown) Etna is such a special place.

Pat, Peter, Ben, Kat, Dorothy and the rest of the family, my sincere condolences on the passing of Alexandra. Memory Eternal.

Alexandra was a dear friend of my dad, Donald Poulson, until he passed. I still have some of her framed calligraphy that she gifted to him and will always cherish it. She was a wonderful friend, and an incredibly talented & empathetic person. My deepest condolences to her family. She will be missed!

Alexandra was a loved member of our poetry group "Food for Your Soul: Reading Poetry Together" that met on zoom through the Aging Resource Center. She often shared her poetry which we all enjoyed. We also had a good-natured running joust about whether poems had to rhyme. She was clearly in the rhyming camp, calling non-rhyming free verse just chopped up prose! She was slowly coming around to appreciate Mary Oliver and others through our group. I looked forward to continuing to try to...

All the best to the family and friends. She sounds like she was a wonderful person and will be missed by all who knew her.
