We just heard about this today and we are so sorry to hear about Nikki. She always had such a positive attitude and will be greatly missed.

I am so, so very saddened by the news of losing Nikki. I worked with her at Mellow Mushroom and by chance also at Roper Hospital. What a great woman she was and she loved Daniel mightily. I am at a loss for words. I do know that at times like these, friends and family are what gets you thru minute by minute. I am so very sorry.

Nikki - I don't think words can sum up what a great person she was and the world will be a much emptier place with out her. I had the chance and pleasure of working with her at the Mt. Pleasant Hospital dietary dept. and could see her love for the buisness and the deep caring she had for others along the way. Nikki, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers in the kitchen daily.

Her extended family here at Mt Pleasant Hospital are so saddened by the tragic news of the loss of a wonderful, truly caring colleague and friend, Nikki! We wish to extend to you our deepest sympathies and pray that you find peace and comfort in remembering all the good she brought to the world in her short life.

Nikki was a part of our lives the past 4 yrs and our hearts are broken over her loss. She loved animals and we will make a memorial donation in her name to Berkeley County SPCA.
