MEMORIES:
I remember it was the early 60s and I must have been 8 or 9 years old. I was home alone. My Dad, Mom and brothers and sister were at church for vesper services. I heard Aleut being spoken on the CB radio and did not recognize the voices. Normally at that time of night, if it wasn’t the local St. Paul guys talking on the CB it was the Yupik or Inupiaq people from Bethel or Kotzebue talking. I found out later it was Alexay and Terenty talking from St. George. I had never heard...

it was so great to be part of your family you made me feel wecome you well be missed dad

Goodby Uncle Athax - we love and will miss you. You were cheerful and always maintained a positive attitude. Take care of my mom and dad and other aunts and uncles up there. You were my last uncle here and I'm sorry you left. My heart goes out to Aunty Mary Lou and my cousins. We love you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family - He is with our lord now and feels no pain. Memory Eternal.

I love you Daddy.

Our sincerest condolences and prayers going out to the family.
