Clymer Funeral Home Cremations - Palm Coast Obituary

Alexia (Lexi) Kaasandra Hunt, age 27, adored wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend left this world unexpectedly on April 22, 2021.

Lexi was born in Colorado before relocating to Florida in 2017, Lexi came to Palm Coast with a thirst for adventure and a love for the wild places, both inside and out.

Lexi touched many lives in the short time she lived in Palm Coast; following her lifelong tradition of finding serendipitous friendship wherever she roamed. She served, chef’d, and stormed her way through a variety of establishments, including JT’s Seafood Shack, Java Joint, The Funky Pelican, and 7-11… though she was recognized just as well from swamp to sea.

Lexi had a bright smile for everyone who met her, and a brighter one for any creature that traveled with them. She was a lover of all things that slithered…. And things that burrowed, crawled, jumped, swam, and flew. Her admiration for the beauty of their lives transcended the death of their physical form, and her greatest passion was to share this beauty with the world through art. We will always remember her quirky personality, caring nature, and artistic flare.

When you think of Lexi, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Always strive to see the good in everyone but give them heck when necessary.

Alexia was survived by her husband, Troy; sister, Maddison; parents, Anthony and Kandace; grandfather, Quincy; grandparents, Sandra and Wayne; along with uncles, aunts, cousins and many many friends.

A Tribute will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 8, 2021 in the Pavilion at Princess Preserve - located at 2500 Princess Place Road, Palm Coast, FL. The ceremony will be followed by light snacks from 11 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; please bring a chair or lawn blanket. All four-legged furry friends are encouraged to attend.

The family of Mrs. Hunt has entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.

Not sure what to say?

I honestly don’t know what to say, she would every time my husband would walk past 7-11 and she would stop what she was doing and run out to see our Roxie, our German Shepard and take pictures of her and loved her more than I would ever expect one day I went in the store and told her I was Roxie’s mama, and the next time I went in she had a colored in picture of a German Shepard and said it was her, I put it on my refrigerator and to this day is still there. We went to New Jersey on the 30th...

Kandace my prayers and heart are with you and your family.

Lexi was a kind soul. I only knew her as a customer at the Shell station at 320 Palm Coast PKWY NE, Lexi was always patient, kind, and a pleasure to wait on. I wish the family peace and God's blessings.
Sincerely, Jill

Eternal Affection Arrangement- BASKET INCLUDED

I didn’t know Lexi as well as most of you but as far as what I’ve seen she was always a bright light. She was unapologetically herself. One thing I especially loved about Lexi was her dark sense of humor I found that Lexi was always turning dark things into laughter one way or another. I remember the few moments that impacted me by this amazing person but the most beautiful moment had been when I saw her almost a year later and she ran up to me squeezed me tight and looked me in my eyes and...

me and a friend of mine did not know her very well but she always made us happy and we will miss seeing her i am so sorry for the family she will still be here in spirit and she will be dearly missed

I remember Lexi very well. She used to visit her husband Troy when we both worked at the Fountain of Youth Archeological Park. Her mere presence brought joy and laughter. She was such a delightful person to be around. RIP my dear friend may God's loving arms hold you until we meet again.

I worked with Lexi at JTs what a sweetheart. I have a picture that that she drew for me. What a wonderful artist she was. Prayers for the family
