Wish I could be there with everyone. Mr. Boyd was like a grandfather to me and will be missed dearly.

Papa Alfred was a sweet man who never seemed to age. I can still see him walking down the driveway with Cocoa at his heels. He always had a smile and conversation to share. No one could have asked for better neighbors/friends than Papa Alfred and Granny Doris. You now have another angel watching over your family. We are so sorry for your loss. The children so enjoyed staying at Sandy's and visiting with Papa and Granny! They have good memories of your parents. We will be thinking of you all.

I'll always carry the memories of Papa Alfred and Granny Doris and the times they babysitted me when I was a kid. They were always so patient and so caring regardless of who the person was. He will be missed.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. Our deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.
