Dr. Alfred Wade Boykin Jr.

Dr. A. Wade Boykin was a hero in my life; without Dr. Boykin, Dr. Albert Roberts, Dr. Jules Harrell, and Dr. Leslie Hicks, I would never be a Clinical Psychologist. The very 1st Psychology class I took was Dr. Boykin's "Psychology of the Black Experience." I am honored to have intersected with such a great man and a legend in the field of Psychology.
