I grew up with Sherry and I've known the Burns family over 20 years. Moose was a big and intimidating man but he was indeed a "Gentle Giant." Moose and Pat both welcomed my son and I into their home when I was a teenager and let me stay until I was able to move. I love you Pat, Loran, Dawn and Sherry you guys will always be family.
Moose will definitely be missed.

I have so many memories from growing up right next door in Remus, where at the time it was your vacation home. Coming over and spending most of my weekends with your family, I often have felt like a part of the family. Listening to Uncle Moose's stories eating your tasty food,and hanging out with Sherri. My fondest memory is when Sherri and I were riding the go cart, the last time we were allowed to, and running into the trees on the side of the house (because we had no brakes)I sure went...
