My wife, Mary, and I were both saddened to hear of Ed's passing. I knew Ed since our Vallejo High School days where he was a grade or two above me. I knew Sandra for many years before that as we both lived on Georgia St. in Vallejo and went to Franklin Jr.Hi and Vallejo Hi together. I went onto the Vallejo PD and later Ed came on from the Vallejo Fire Dept. We had a good long professional relationship as well as being personal friends.
