Fred and I were highschool friends and
broker/client friends. Fred was always upbeat and loved to discuss life's experiences including everything from highschool romance to the mine field known as wall street. He was most passionate about his kids and even though he was in a mainstream profession, he loved that they chose unconventional careers and he was extremely proud of their success. I had the pleasure of working with Fred at Merrill Lynch and flying with him early in his flying days to meet clients. When I was told about his untimely passing, my thoughts and prayers went out to his family.

Jane, I had the pleasure of seeing Fred in his "element" as we flew to Canton, Ohio a few years ago for a football game. It will be a memory I have treasured ever since. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family . Brice Arndt
