Dr Frédéric was a Great citizen among us. He passionately and genuinely cared for many. He loved gift giving and to make people happy. One memorable gift he gave me had three pictures on it which captures his essence. The top picture was of Dr. King whom Dr. Frédéric met while riding a train in the South. Two great men met.
