I grew up knowing Fred as my brother. He could always make a bad time good. I hadn't seen him in a few years but i know that he is runnin amuck upstairs with my brother, and as usual fixin what jimmy tears up.

I'm so sorry to hear of Fred's passing. He was a wonderful person and would always have a big smile on his face when I would run into him. I will remember him always as a kind soul. My prayers are with his family.
