God, last Wednesday, welcomed home one of his best soldiers. I didn't lose him. I hope to see him again because I know where he is today. I was always amazed that this special man called me his friend. My life and my family's lives greatly changed because I met Bud. Its not about me, its about who he was. Very few of us will achieve his level. We can only hope. Love you Bud.

I am blessed to have had Grandpa in my life for the past 21 years. His words of wisdom, work ethic, and morals are things that I will do my best to live up to. Grandpa was the most selfless and admirable man. He was an amazing father to my father, and an incredible role model to all. Grandpa and my sweet grandma (Mary Elaine) gave me the best childhood and family I could have ever asked for. Everyday I will continue to strive to live up to the wonderful legacy Grandpa has left us behind with....
