Alfred passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Alfred was a resident of Burlington, North Carolina at the time of his passing. Michaels was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving in the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles. He was married to Shelby. The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Sunday October 2 2016 at 2:30 p.m. by Rev. Dan Ficklin. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Rich Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Saturday October 1 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m.
