Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with you my dear momma Evie.

Al I was very sorry to hear about your Father. I know what you are going through. I lost my father a few months ago. You are in my thoughts and prayers and if you need anything, you know where I work. Love Lisha

I knew Al in 1964 and 1965 when he came in to see John Piggott, where I worked. He was a gentleman in every respect. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family.

Dottie Black

Al was one of my first "bosses" as I left college and Is remembered with both affection and deep respect. He was a great journalist and a better person.
Mike Gillman, Traverse City

Al, I'm happy to hear that your father is finished with his earthly trials and tribulations and can now be at peace. I hope you and your mother will enjoy years together remembering what a dedicated and wonderful man Al senior was.

Eve, We are so sorry to read of your loss. We both have happy memories of our years knowing you and being an Essexville neighbor. Happy newspaper days!
May your many memories be a comfort to you and to your son.

So sorry to hear about Uncle's passing, cherish the memories you have with him. Know that he is in a better place now. My condolences and love to you both, Evie and Al.

Dear Eve we are so sorry to hear of your great lost. Al was a great friend. I enjoy many great days working with Al the Bay City Times and playing golf and tennis with him. Even did some work together while working with the aging network. Jim/Gerrie Wolverton (Fairfield Glade, Tenn.)
