Not sure what to say?

Juniper Beach, the California trip, and boating are some of the wonderful memories I have with the Polson family. As a child, I remember Alfred as being very funny. I always felt so welcomed in their home. His funeral service was very nice, and the music was beautiful. We will miss Alfred.

Al Polson will always be a part of my childhood when I was growing up in Mt. Vernon. He was kind, loved his family and always seemed to have a smile for me. He and his wonderful wife Martha took me on many boating adventures with their daughter, Marsha when I was growing up. I wouldn't have had those experiences without him because he knew how to operate the boat and I didn't! Thank you to the Polson/Belmont family for sharing Grandpa Polson, a true gentleman, with us. I will hold memories of his caring voice and kind smile in my heart forever.

My Grandpa, Alfred "Speedy" Polson, my favorite guy in the whole world. He was my Dad,my Grandpa, a wonderful husband, my mentor, had the best jokes and stories and made the best oatmeal ever! I was reminded by everyone that he was pretty darn "cute" too! The only thing more I could ask for, is more time with him, although I will cherish the time I have had forever. He lived an amazing life, as a true gentleman and we will miss him more than words can express.

To one of my all time favorite people. You were such a great and close friend to my parents Al and Mary.
We had so many wonderful Juniper Beach and boating trips together. You had a great laugh! Love, Marylynn

Although I did not know Al well, I always liked and respected him. He will be missed. My condolences to Gaylord and the rest of the Polson family.

Al was one of my all-time favorite people. Mirthful and ever-smiling, he was a joy to be around and I will miss him dearly. All at Washington Federal mourn his passing.
