Alfred Paul Rovai

I met Fred Rovai when I was posted to a NATO HQs in Denmark in 1979. He had already been a soldier in the US Army, when I was born. Served in Vietnam and had postings to Europe. I was a Sergeant of the German Army on my first posting with little education and no experience.
