It is with heartfelt sorrow and with deepest sympathies to Carmen and the family on Al's passing. Al and I served side by side in the Seabees. He was a wonderful Friend, Mentor, Seabee Brother. We kept in touch during Al's battle with cancer. During that time Al expressed his love of God, family, and his never quit attitude battling cancer.
