Alfred C. Vance, 80, of Russellville, Arkansas, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, president of the Chamber of Commerce in 1970, died at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville on Saturday, November 25, 2000. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 27, 2000, 7-8:30 p.m., at Humphrey Funeral Service, 2807 West Main Street, Russellville. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, 3 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, officiated by the Rev. Mackey Yokem and the Rev. David Scroggins. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery, Russellville. Memorial donations are appreciated to First United Methodist Church, 301 South Denver Avenue, Russellville, AR 72801 or Wesley Foundation at ATU, c/o Humphrey Funeral Service, 2807 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801. Arrangements entrusted to Humphrey Funeral Services, Inc., Russellville, Arkansas.
