Not sure what to say?

My sympathy to the Vos family on your husband/father's passing. I worked with Al during his years at Rapistan/Siemens Dematic and he was the kindest, sincerest gentleman I ever had the pleasure to work with. I'm sure you're very proud to have had him as your husband and dad.

Dear Sharon and family, My thoughts and prayers are with you. I pray that the Lord will comfort you as you mourn the loss of a husband, father, and grandfather. I know he will be missed greatly. It is a blessing to know he is with his heavenly Father where there is no more suffering. Blessed be the Lord.

Brian and Family,
I pray that the Lord will comfort your hurting hearts as you mourn the passing of your father, husband, and grand-father. As you receive His comfort, you will be better able to comfort those who are also experiencing hardships and trials. (II Cor. 1)
Remember Psalm 73:23-24
"Nevertheless I am continually with You; You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory." Praise the Lord!

Dear Michael, Brian and all the Vos family,
Please know that my thoughts ands prayers are with all of you. We are thankful for your Dad's life and the hope of eternal life that we know he shares with his Saviour. But, meanwhile, it is difficult to let go of someone so loved. So I rejoice with your Dad but lift you up in prayer. I will pray that in the service the tears of sorrow will be intermingled with the tears of joy as you usher Dad into that place that knows no tears or suffering or...

Wes, Chris and Al hunt for stamps in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania

Not only was Al Vos a co-worker before he retired from Siemens, but he was also a very close friend and fellow philatelist (stamp collector). During the 13 years that I have known him, Al and I traveled together to dozens of stamp shows throughout the Great Lakes area. It was on these trips that I really got to know Al for the gentle, kind and caring man that he was. His love of God, and his love for his family was apparent to all that knew him. After that, I think, stamp collecting had to...

You are in our thoughts and prayers. Know that God will give you everything you need. One great comfort is knowing he is already with our Heavenly Father rejoicing. He was a great christian man that will be missed from Trinity URC.

To Sharon and Mike and the entire family I wish to express my deepest sympathy in the loss of your husband and father. My memories go back many years and I know it will be difficult for you Sharon but I also know and believe that God will never leave us or forsake us in times like these. It has been my experience and He will be with you and your family also! My thoughts and prayers go out to you all in your loss. God Bless you all.

Sorrowing with your family at the loss of your loved one, yet rejoicing in the truth of John 6:37-40, “All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him...
