Not sure what to say?

Alfred and I met in Air Force boot camp. I knew him for only six weeks but he was the best friend I had during that short time. I just found his name, among all the others that were joining that May of 1984. His was the first one I was going to look up and try and contact.
So sorry to learn of his passing. I know its almost 12 years late but tears came to my eyes learning this sad news. GOD Bless.

Nice guy who passed too soon.

In sympathy to the family of Al he achieved many things in his short life. He excelled in education, served his country and used those skills to help his company. He became a model family man which will influence his sons going forward in life. He was a teammate and friend to many. Rest in peace Al.

It's hard to believe that Alfred has been gone for so long. His memory will endure as a good man.

Thank you for allowing another bright light remembering Alfred Walker. I still expect to run into him at work to this day and do miss his big smile that he carried daily. He’s still alive in my thoughts and heart, and I know his family and friends continue to be blessed standing by his side then and now. - Chaka Williams

Jack and I think of you often. We miss your smile and unconditional friendship while working together. God blessed us to know you.

Alfred, Thanks for being such a good role model for Brooke. I think you would be proud. She played volleyball in college and is now coaching. I credit you for lighting that fire and stoking it with encouragement. I cannot believe youve been gone 6 years now. I miss our conversations, particularly during football season. Rest easy my friend

To the entire Walker Family,
May God continue to strengthen you and fill your hearts with happy memories with Al. You are thought of often and we cheerish the 10 years we shared as neighbors and close friends.
Our thoughts are with you always.

I want to be more like Al when I grow up. He had true Christian character and God must have needed him home. How great a loss for us until we see him again with our Lord.
