Dear Grandpa,
You don't know how much I miss you. I am so thankful that God lent you to me for 32 years. Not only were you my grandpa, you were also my daddy. I'm so honored to have been your granddaughter. I'm glad that my kids got to know and love their great-grandpa. You were the best thing that ever happened to us. You were a brave, strong, caring, and loving person. You were the most important man in my life that I truly respected, adored, and loved with all my heart. I miss you terribly and can only find comfort I will one day be with you for all eternity.

You were admired by so many people. I remember, as if it were just yesterday, how you talked about all your friends at White Sands Missle Range. It was really nice to see some of your friends at your viewing.

Thank you for your service to this country and for being my father's long time friend. He always spoke of you fondly and cared about you. It's been since 1974 when he went to be with our Lord. I'm sure he was glad to see you again. Love..

It was a privilege to have known such a fine gentleman. My father and he were good friends, having worked together at White Sands. He will be missed.

Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
