I thank God for the memories I have of Tio Fred and my father, his brother Manuel, talking about old times and sharing old memories. The most comforting thought is that they're doing that very same thing again.

I am so sorry to read about the death of Alfredo. I was not aware that he was still living. You were blessed to have had him for so long. Due to prior commitments, we were not able to attend any of the services. Our love and thoughts are with you. May he rest in peace.

I am so sorry for your loss. I attended Smith, Howell and Victoria High School and remember Mr. Gomez very well. He was always there and always had a smile and quick "Hello" for a kid. I know there are hundreds of folks like me who remember fondly Mr. gomez and know he will be missed.
