Not sure what to say?

Al, you are always in my thoughts, I miss my hero. Rest in peace.

Al, my hero, I will always miss you.

I still miss you, Al. Always my hero

I agree with my kids regarding our sincere appreciation for your kindness and caring in an unpredictable emergency situation. Bringing Patty safely back to her family after a fall on the ice, was an unforgettable blessing, and we will be forever grateful.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Al was the most careing person I had ever known , was a wonderful brother-in-law , Al always made Christmas so very special and fun.He was a wonderful father and wonderful husband to my sister GinnyIll miss Al and my heart goes out to his family.Lorraine Denton

Al: Words cannot express my thanks to you for walking Patty back to earth that wintry day, after her fall on the ice. I know you had to persuade her to go back, but if you didn't, then she wouldn't be here today. You saved her life! You're such a very considerate person, always putting others before yourself.

Not all heroes wear a uniform,
and not all angels have wings.
Al, you saved my life
by being there,
getting me to safety,
and not listening to me
when I told you I’d be fine.

Thank you for sharing your life
with me and my family.

You will always be my special hero!
And you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Rest in peace now, Al, for your life has been lived to its fullest.

I never met a freindlier, caring and giving person as Al. Filled with patience, he always stopped whatever he was doing to help me and my family, and I will never forget him. A loving grandparent to my children, and a source of inspiration for me, he meant more to me than these words can say.... If we had more people like Al in our lives, the world around us would be a better place. I will miss him dearly, and my condolences go out to his entire family.
