your grandson,

My grandma was the sweetest, kindest, and loveliest lady. She was so thoughtful, kind and caring. She cared so much about everyone in her family and in her life. Even though I live so far away I have always felt my grandma's love for me, Phil, Charlotte and Peter. I loved her very much and I will miss very much my lovely grandma.

We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to know Gran. She always made us feel welcome and happy from our first meeting in Calgary to our last in Manchester. She was so warm and kind, as well as being a wealth of knowledge! What a wonderful woman, and she surely will be missed, but she will always be in our hearts. Gran, we love you, and thank you again for everything.

I have been gone from Gran's side for over 32 years, but I still miss her every day. Her love and kindness was an inspiration to us all. I will carry her with me always.

Michael, Nicole and Aidan

Gran was a very special woman who inspired you to be a better person by her gentleness, humor and kind understanding. The world would be a better place if we could all take even one of her many examples forward with us. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with you all in this time of sadness.

It was always fun to see Ron 'fussing over his Mum' when Gran visited Calgary. She brought such smiles to everyone, her charm and wit were wonderful.

Thanks Gran, for your endless good humor and kindness. You'll be missed, remembered with love and fondness – and never forgotten.
