I will always remember Alice "Mrs. Amidon" as the chaperone for our Washington D.C. trip sponsored by Congressman Lou Frey. She was so nice and managed to handle an excited group of 10 teenagers wonderfully for four days. Such a lovely woman, inside and out!

I had only met Alice a few times over the years, but truly believe I captured the many glimpses of her kindness and loving care for people through that which she so richly implanted in her daughter, Kathy, my friend of 54 years.
