Not sure what to say?

I am sorry I didn't learn of her passing until a couple of weeks ago. Alice was my advisor at Stanford in the 90's, and we delighted in being misfits in the ivory tower in our own ways, like when she took me in my doc martens and piercings as her guest to the faculty club. What a privilege is was to have known Alice, a sparkling, funny, supportive, brilliant, feisty, colorful and charming woman. Her boundless creativity and energy will be missed but not forgotten.

Prof Bach was an amazing professor. I took one of her courses at Case because I needed to fulfill an undergrad requirement for my BSN. Ended up being one of my fav courses. I remember The Red Tent was the focus of the class. She was so engaging and really made us think out loud. Everyone actively participated in boisterous discussions. She truly enjoyed all her students. God Bless!
