Not sure what to say?

I just recently moved back to Louisville. I am heartbroken to learn of Alice's passing. She and I were very good friends. We met back in the late 1980's or early 1990's. I was the assistant manager at the Sav-A-Step on Weber in the Highlands and later the assistant manager at the Domino's right next door to it She came in every night to get a drink while she was out on her walk. We struck up a friendship and became friends outside of my work. We used to go to Tumbleweeds on Monday and...

Alice and I grew up together. Besides being great friends at school, our parents were best friends. I remember all of the memories of backyard cookouts. Alice, you were an important part of growing up together in the Westend. Love you, sweet friend.

Mike, Sandy and I were shocked and heartbroken to learn of Alices death. Regretfully, we havent spent time with you in many years but we treasure the memories of our friendship and we loved sweet Alice.

To Alice's Family....I am so sorry for your loss. We live a few doors down the street, and Alice was always so warm and kind. She always had doggie treats that she'd share with our dog, Molly. It got so Molly would drag us to your house and then sit in the front yard, lol. I loved chatting with Alice while she was on the porch or at the pool. Such a great laugh and zest for life. My heard goes out to you all. Mary/Peter Bateman and MOLLY.

Mike, Michael and Bekah,

I'm so sorry for the loss of Alice. Alice was truly one of a kind. She lived life to the fullest and everyday was an adventure. Alices laugh and mischievous look will be missed by all. Savannah, Gus, Brooklyn and Pike you all she loved you all with everything she had. She was very proud of you all
