Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a very sweet and kind Aunt. She is now an angel in God's heaven watching over her children and grandchildren. RIP dear soul.

I wish I had known about this guest book in Aunt Alice's memory before. But I'm glad Lisa put the link online on fb. So appreciate it. Tom, Mariellen, Nancy and Jill losing your Mother was so hard for you and I am so sorry for your loss. Also sorry for the loss for Uncle Al. It was very hard on all of you. Aunt Alice was such a vital, strong, woman all her life. Very loving and very kind. The last years of her life I had the privilege of becoming not just her niece, but her friend. We had so...

Dear Mum,
I've covered 136 hours this past week, including Christmas. It still just isn't right without you here. Uncle Don's family Christmas dinner is tomorrow and they invited Jill's family and mine. I'm taking pumpkin pie in my huge Polish Pottery pie dish. I'll go alone as usual. I still haven't found a compatible mate (I always appreciated your matchmaking suggestions despite Dad trying to shame you!)

How I wish you were still here tonight- it would be so great to stop...

Good morning Mum. It's a brisk October morning here. I'm done with another long shift. My garage burned down with my car and all my "toys" in August. I've been busy clearing the debris, replacing my neighbors' fences and planting grass. I replaced my bike and have been out for one ride. This morning I made poached eggs which always remind me of you. Thanks for showing me how to make them!

'Wish I could come over for coffee and a visit. I miss you every day.

Love, Your...

Dear Mum,

Another Christmas without you, a sad day of remembrance once more. Even working 24 hours straight didn't distract me from how I ache for our Christmases together. You always made the holidays so festive and fun, a time for all the family to come together. We had a bit of snow in the wee hours of the morning so as I was driving through it, I was singing all the songs we used to play and sing together. I miss you every day, especially the holidays. I stopped by your...

Dear Mum,

Not a day goes by that I don't miss you still. I'm OK now, but the 11th was a sad day of remembrance once again. I brought Cookie to the cemetery and she enjoyed running around in the grass. Tulips daffodils, forsythia and red buds are blooming and the grass is a beautiful dark green again. I added pansies and lobelia to your planter and the day lilies are coming up again from last year. As soon as the frost doesn’t threaten, I’ll hang them up for you to enjoy again....

Mom, you would love watchingthe birds at my feeder today - Chickadees, Junco, Tufted Titmouse, Downy Woodpecker, even a squawky blue jay (or are you able to watch over them?) Another new year is here: last year I lost my sweet Laurie - hope you finally got to meet her. She was such a sweet and loving dog. I have a little dog named Cookie - you would love her, too. She is a little smaller than Kat and they are great pals. I played Scrabble with Care & her friends last weekend --I still...

We all are so thankful for your thoughts, prayers and rememberances. We have such a great family & friends. Mom will never be forgotten.
