Alice was a special friend for many years. We grew up across the street from in Kosciusko . Sara beth was at BlueMountain college with her and later I was at miss College with her and later shared a duplex apartment with her in Jackson, MS. Until her marriage to Hays Callicut. She was a special friend to me and my sister.

Alice and Hayes Callicutt were special friends for 35 years to me. We met at First Baptist Church in Jackson where I met Alice in the Sanctuary Choir and Hayes served as Deacon.
We enjoyed many happy times over the years and shared our love of church, music ministry, decorating and landscaping. After Alice and Hayes retired and moved to Oxford in 1998, I was their houseguest on many occasions when I was working near Oxford. Alice was a wonderful cook and always prepared delicious...
