Not sure what to say?

To Janice, Bobby, Cheryl, and all of Alice's Family:
I am sorry that I wasn't able to attend Alice's funeral. The day before she died I was driving through Newport Center and was thinking about her as I passed the house that she and Bob rented. I have such good memories of working with Alice at the library. She was such a giving and wonderful person. She was always ready to learn new things and always willing to help out. She made the best Christmas wreaths of anyone around! I will miss...
