I was very saddened when I learned of Mrs. Dempsey's passing. I recall with very fond memories during my childhood how she would always tend to many of the kids in the neighborhood (Bunts Rd.) and the bumps and bruises that we acquired.

I have the fondest memories of growing up next door to you and Alice on Bunts, and I remember it was with great sadness that our family left behind such kind neighbors.
