Aunt Alice was a beautiful woman inside and out. She touched my life deeply with her kindness, encouragement and words of wisdom. Always a kind word about everyone she knew and with such love and compassion. My condolences to all of her family and my prayers of peace and comfort. She will be greatly missed. I've known Alice ever since the 1st grade at St. Patrick School in Tacoma, WA. In 7th Grade she transferred to Holy Cross Church near her home. We continued being friends. We had several adventures together. Her folks took us to Yosemite National Park (we were in a tent and could swear a bear brushed by us) and she came with us to Mt Rainier. Another time we had a picnic with all the girls from Aquinas Academy who knew her. We were in each other's weddings, and she is my oldest...

I knew Alice many moons ago, always a cheerful, vibrant lady. She will be missed. Una Werner

So very sorry to hear about Alice's passing. My sincere condolences to her family and loved ones. She was such a brilliant light in every room she entered. I treasure my memories of attending her NYE parties on Jordan, our adventure to Yosemite by train, her taking care of my Mom, Marian, during her last days, and always sending "A Note From Alice" email to share special thoughts and encouragement. Be Thou at Peace Alice.
