Alice L. Faust

Alice was a wonderful person; Kathy &
Marjie were lucky to have her in their lives. Apologies for writing this almost a year later. I live in the Kansas City area & didn't know Alice had died. Alice always treated me so well, and she remembered me when I came to visit Kathy. What a great life Alice had. I'll remember her always.

Alice...you were a huge presence in my life, at UWSP and for 40+ years afterward. While I will remember so much, I will cherish most our last dinner together at Bernard's with Chris Smith and Jeri Krohn, fellow students from the early 1970s.

You both taught and touched so many of us, changing our lives forever. With full hearts and many tears we say "Thank you." Make beautiful Angel music.

My dear friend Alice you will be missed. You always came into my place of work to drop off your film & never forgot to ask about my son, Bruno! You were so happy to hear he was welder, thank you for being my friend.

Dear Alice, You are a gem. One of a kind and a truly good human being. I was so appreciative of your candor and fun when I was a theatre student at point. I was grateful for the job you gave me to help me earn my keep. I marvelled at how you kept in touch with us for so many years after we graduated and really cared about what went on in our lives. I remember her while I was growing up...first as "Miss Pete"...and then after her marriage. Last time I saw her was in Westfield at the Pioneer where she and Gil were having lunch...Safe travels, Alice...

RIP Alice, she was my advisor, teacher and friend. I will remember her collection of crazy earrings. I think the saltine crackers were my favorite. She instilled in me a love of theatre and respect for the craft. She was a great lady.

Alice, keep them happy in the after. Thank you for showing me I had my own mind. Love and best to your family.

The easiest security question in the world for me is "Who was your favorite teacher?" Hands down whether English, Speech or Drama it was Alice. The years living at Keystone Corner, traveling in Europe, visits to cottages - the list goes on. My decision to spend 46 years living abroad was influenced by Alice's stories. Rest in peace favorite teacher and friend.
