Louise and I have been friends since 1963 when we first arrived in Bremerhaven, Germany to teach the children of American military. She was an exceptional person and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family.

Mrs. Franck was my fifth grade teacher. She was the best teacher I ever had. She inspired me so much that I became a teacher and taught for 40 years. Her parents and siblings lived near me and attended church with me and were dear friends. I am so thankful for that wonderful fifth grade year, and for Mrs. Franck´s influence on my life.
