My heart felt condolences. I did not know Alice personally, but have known her husband George Harmon and his hard work in the creation of of the Friends of Willowbranch Library while I worked at Inky Fingers. On behalf of the Friends of Willowbranch Library, thank you for the generous mention of our library Willowbranch in her honor. My condolences and thank you, Roxanne Henkle, President, The Friends of Willowbranch Library.

Aunt Alice, I have thought of you so often these last few years and have missed you. You were such a style icon for me. I will always remember your ladylike scarves and bright lipstick! I hope you and Cootie are up there having a grand ole time!

What beautiful person...I have fond memories of Alice and George from times spent at my Aunt Helen’s home on Elizabeth Place. Alice was like a ‘bonus aunt’ and was such fun to be with. I rejoice in knowing that she and George are together in Heaven along with my aunt, Helen Parramore MacDonell, and my parents, Agnes and Jimmy Armstrong.
