Not sure what to say?

We spent many fun-filled occasions with Alice throughout our years of friendship with the Careys, including several New Year's Eves!

She was a special lady who has left a deep void in the lives of her family and friends. Her spirit will live on through them. We hope she will save us a place in heaven as we surely know she is there!

To know Alice was to know of her great and deep love for her family and friends and her equal enthusiasms for sailing, travel and sharing laughter. I had the joy of knowing her and laughing with her for nearly 40 years and I do and will miss her. My deepest sympathies to all of the Kern family on account of your great loss.

Our Condolences to The Kern Family. We always enjoyed spending time with Alice at the many Kern Parties in Hopkinton.

You will forever be our "Aunt Alice". You were the sister my mother never had. She could always count on you for help especially when it came to weddings, wedding showers, and baby showers! Alice was always there (maybe a few minutes late) but she was always there. We will Never forget you with your camera and your green bug sun glasses. You even had your own room at the cape house! May you rest in peace.

Thank you "Aunt" Alice! You were so good to my mother, grandmothers and to me and my sisters. The memories, how can we not forget your never-ending attempt of setting me amd my sisters up with your nephews, making dinner in honor of my grandmother, your camera and my favorite - t-shirts for my entire famliy at the Saratoga Race Course. Your many desguises with your hat and blue sunglasses. More importantly, Thank you Alice, for paving the path of "aunt-hood".

My condolences to the Kern Family. I had the pleasure of working with Alice at Macy's/Fine Jewelry. All the memories Alice and I shared will always be cherished and kept in my heart. Alice by far was the most precious jewel and such a classy lady. I am truly going to miss my friend.

I was very sorry to hear of Alice's sudden passing. My sincere condolences Harry.Ann and the entire Kern family. I know she will be sorely missed. I have all fond memories of the Kern Family growing up in Mission Hill. Sincerely, Richie Stanton

We met Alice through the Carey's - we met her at all their special occasions and always enjoyed her company

We especially remember spending a few New Year's Eves with Alice, the Carey's and the Ayers. We will always remember Y2K - it was a fun night -

So glad to have known Alice and what she meant to the Carey family

We thank you for your years of devotion to the Kern Family. We appreciate the many wonderful memories you created. We can be peaceful knowing God had a plan to spare you long illnesses, pain and suffering. We will pray for your spiritual happiness, and keep the values you instilled alive.
