Not sure what to say?

Lovely Miss Alice Lee was introduced to me in the excellent book "The Mockingbird Next Door", by her friend, Marja Mills. Miss Alice remains an inspiration to always do and give my best. A belated and very inadequate "Thank you!" is due this remarkable "Proverbs 31" lady. A better expression of gratitude is accomplished as I follow her example, and always "wipe the sink".
It is impossible to properly convey to you, her beloved family and friends, the compassion and shared sorrow...

I came to know about Alice Finch Lee by watching the PBS show about her sister Nelle Harper Lee. I decided to find out about Alice and seeing all she's done makes me proud to be a woman. What a legacy! RIP dear Alice Finch Lee! My condolences to her family!

An amazing woman has passed from our world. How lucky were those who knew her well! God bless the family in this time of sorrow.

My condolences to the family. Losing a loved one to death is such a sad and painful thing to experience. I hope you find comfort in this thought;

God will soon swallow up death forever, And wipe away the tears from all faces!

Thank you for your magnificinet example of how to live.

Miss Alice, you and Miss Nelle taught writers (and sisters) how to live by your example of humility, loyalty, grace,concern for others, justice, dedication to the truth, bravery, self-determination, generousity, humor, creativity and devotion to family. You both are a huge comfort to all of us in Alabama, and to the world. We will miss you, Miss Alice. Thank you for all your kindnesses and your magnificient example.
